Back in the university, when I was going through my “Audio post production” course in my last two semesters, I had this final project challenge, make the sound design for a trailer. A trailer must tell a powerful story within a very limited amount of time with a lot of things going on. So I told myself: This needs a narrator for sure! And I look up on Youtube “Harry Potter narration” And I ended up with a 2 hour narration, So I downloaded that video and listened to it to crop important sections out and make a new story with those new sections that will serve to the story in my design. Once that set, I started to build my sounds and mix around that, and of course, edit my music in sync with the images and the narration. This was not a: “Oh yeah just toss a bunch of sounds in there” this was thought as an entire product that could be sold and put out there in the market.
